2019 Program
The 2019 summer program starts on June 19th. Download/print the following forms to register and then follow the instructions on the forms.
Please note: For each Junior Golfer to be registered a Registration Form and a signed Rules and Regulations Form must be completed then mailed to the address on the forms along with a payment of $50 made out to ‘Redwood Empire Junior Golf”. Also Note: The Registration Form includes an area where junior golfer families select a work schedule time slot for the annual “Hit the Circle” fundraiser on Saturday, June 15th as part of the Southern Humboldt Masters Tournament. Please “Save the Date” and consider this an important commitment to participate in the Summer Program.
